Netherlands

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To initiate an exchange or return, please visit returns.greymoritz.com.

Rest of the world

Exchanges in The Netherlands

To exchange an item, please submit your request through our returns portal (returns.greymoritz.com).

Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label.

After we receive the returned item, we’ll ship the replacement free of charge.

Exchanges in the EU

EU exchanges follow the same procedure via our returns portal (returns.greymoritz.com).

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Replacement items are shipped free of charge once we receive the return.

Exchanges in the rest of the world

For exchanges outside the EU, please use our returns portal (returns.greymoritz.com).

Shipping costs both ways are the responsibility of the customer.

Receiving a refund

Receiving a refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
