International Shipping
Grey Moritz ships to selected countries worldwide. Shipping costs and available delivery methods are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery time for international orders: 4–9 business days after processing.
Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET begin processing the same business day.
Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Shipping costs
Orders of €75 or more qualify for free shipping, worldwide.
For orders below €75, the following flat shipping rates apply:

Order processing
Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
Transit time
Transit time: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday).
Order cut-off time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam)) begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam)) are processed the next business day.
Shipping partners
We work with trusted carriers such as PostNL, DHL, and UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Every order includes a tracking number, which you’ll receive by email once your package ships.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Change of address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@greymoritz.com.
Undeliverable packages
Orders returned to us due to invalid addresses or failed delivery attempts may be subject to additional reshipping fees or cancellation.
Parcels damaged in transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at support@greymoritz.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have questions about a specific item, please get in touch.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union — 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
